Dear DDS Berlin Friends,

Recently, we have become aware of various statements online that are misrepresenting our company. These include alleged confusion with other brands or questions regarding our legal form as a UG (limited liability company) and our managing director's international background.

We do not wish to engage with these speculations in detail, as we believe the facts speak for themselves:

• We are the same team that has always been organizing DDS.Berlin, including the event in the Arena in June 2024.
• Our brand is legally registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office, which found no risk of confusion with other marks.
• We see no risk of confusion with the name "Digital Dental Show Berlin." The abbreviation "DDS" is widely used by many companies and organizations, but there is only one DDS Berlin. Our credibility is further underlined by our partnerships: we are present at the Messe Berlin and cooperate with DMEA, which is organized by bvitg.
• DDS.Berlin UG is part of the Expos Asia network, a large internationally active company based in Singapore. In the future, DDS.Berlin will also be organizing several DDS events in Asia, which makes having an international management team a logical step.

We will soon be announcing the exhibitors for DDS Berlin 2026. The DDS Berlin team is already looking forward to welcoming you for a 2nd fantastic event in April in Berlin.
